Services

Aram Digital Services provides website development, Google My Business setup, and managed hosting services. The specific scope, deliverables, and pricing for each project are outlined in individual project quotes provided to clients.

Project Quotes & Payment

• Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated.
• Payment terms are specified in each project quote. We accept payments via Stripe.
• Work begins upon receipt of the agreed-upon deposit or payment.
• Additional revisions beyond the included rounds may incur additional charges as outlined in the quote.

Client Responsibilities

• Provide all necessary content, assets, and information in a timely manner.
• Review and provide feedback on deliverables within a reasonable timeframe.
• Ensure that all content provided does not infringe on any third-party rights.

Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of the custom design and content created specifically for their project. We retain the right to showcase completed projects in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Third-party assets (fonts, stock images, plugins) remain subject to their respective licenses.

Hosting Services

• Hosting plans are billed monthly or annually as selected by the client.
• We strive for maximum uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.
• Clients may cancel hosting services with 30 days written notice.

Limitation of Liability

Aram Digital Services shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service in question.

Termination

Either party may terminate a project with written notice. In the event of termination, the client is responsible for payment of all work completed up to the date of termination.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of our website constitutes acceptance of any changes.
